Therapy for Men

You know what’s fucked up? Society telling men they can’t have feelings, and then getting criticized in relationships for not “opening up.” Yeah, right, so you can use it against me later?

Men are often misunderstood and labeled as distant or angry while their feelings, thoughts and needs go unheard and unmet.

  • “It’s not worth saying anything.”
  • “It’ll just start a fight.”
  • “No one actually cares.”
  • “It’s safer just to avoid it.”
  • “If I let you in, you’ll judge, criticize and reject me.”
  • “You pissed me off and now I’m the asshole.”
  • “I feel guilty and resentful in my relationship.”
  • “Somehow I’ve lost myself in this relationship and neither of us are happy now.”
